Fall Treasure Hunt

Who LOVES free stuff?? I belong to a group of Stampin Up Demonstrators called the "Positively Late Night Stampers" and we are doing a Treasure Hunt Blog Hop. All you have to do is click on the Late Night Stampers Page at the top and the list of participating blogs are listed. Visit each blog and look for the following picture:

Then look for and keep track of the clues from each blog. Be sure to check back often for updates. When you have collected 50 clues then leave a comment on this post and send me an email to: stampwithlaur@gmail.com and put Treasure Hunt in the subject line, listing the clue & blog where they were found. I will put all correct entries into a draw to be held October 31, 2012. The winner will receive $150 in FREE STAMPIN UP Product. Become a follower of my blog as well as submitting the list and I will send you a gift.

Good Luck and Happy Searching!!

Petite Purse Die

I just LOVE this die!! I have been making tons of purses to put treat inside. These purses were made for my daughter's birthday party, inside we put a lipgloss and a ring. Her friends fell in love with these.

The purses were created with the following:

• Cardstock: Melon Mambo
• DSP: Summer Smooches
• Tools: Petite Purse Die, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder

The flowers were made out of Melon Mambo cardstock, watch for a Tutorial.

This die is very versatile and the possibilities are endless. Feel free to post your creations in the comment section or visit my Facebook page: "Stamp with Laur - Independent Stampin Up Demonstrator" and upload.

Happy Crafting! and Thanks for Visiting

Turtle & Co. Stamp Set

Every year Stampin Up designs an exclusive stamp set to help raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). For every stamp set sold, Stampin Up donates $3 to RMHC. Last years set was Turtle & Co. (#122870 W / #122872 C).

This set is available until May 31 and then it will be gone forever, to order just go to my Online Store.

Here are a couple cards that I did:

For the above card I used Pink Pirouette for the base, layered with Certainley Celery and Soft Suede Cardstock. The card below has a base of Whisper White with a piece of Designer Series Paper layered on top. The image and sentiment are layered on a piece of Early Espresso cardstock.

Card Swap

Happy Monday for those of us with school children, just kidding. I recently joined a Stampin Up Card Swap on Facebook. Here is my card for April that I sent to my partner.

I just LOVE how Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant look together and butterflies are my ABSOLUTE favorite. The stamp set I used was Creative Elements. Be sure to checkout my website for my upcoming classes www.laurie_reaume.stampinup.net

Retired Stamp List

This is by far, the LARGEST LIST that Stampin Up has ever presented, with over 300 items!...They decided with the NEW catalog format, size and date of release, it was also a great opportunity to revamp the entire content, so, while you may be sad that so many are leaving - Be JOYFUL, that we are getting a WHOLE CATALOG of new exciting Products!......these stamps will no longer be available when the new Idea Book and Catalog goes live June 1st, and sometimes they also sell out.....so if you have a favorite on this list, consider ordering soon. Visit my online store today to order.

Party This Way

Here are a couple cute cards that I recently did. This first one was for my Niece's 1st Birthday

I used Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo.  I just LOVE how those 2 colours look together, perfect for a little girl.

The second card is for a friend of my 5 yr old daughter's. I used Tempting Turquoise, Daffodil Delight. The pattern paper was a scrap of retired paper that I happened to have, Walk in the Garden.

These cards were CASEd from Splitcoast with a few changes.  Thanks for looking and Happy Crafting.

Treat Wrappers

Here are some more quick & easy treat holders that I made for Easter.

I used the Top Note Die and cut out in Very Vanilla. Punched some eggs with the small oval and some flowers with Itty Bitty Shapes Punch pack. Added some bling with a jewel. TA DA!! Could easily change for any holiday or special occasion.

Easter Lollipop Holders

I made these darling little treats for the children at our Easter Dinner.

I used a piece of Very Vanilla 6 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 inches. I scored at 2 1/2 and 4 inches. Cute some eggs out of Designer Series Paper with the small oval punch. I cut a small banner out of Very Vanilla, sponged the edges with Wisteria Wonder and used Teeny Tiny Wishes for the sentiment. All of these supplies can be purchased from my store.
